1- The tender document can be purchased from Vijya Bank Extn. Counter, G.D.A. on payment of Rs. 5500/- only in cash alongwith production of F.D.R /C.D.R./T.D.R. of earnest money. The same can also be downloaded from website: www.gdaghaziabad.com but such downloaded tender document if being used for bidding must be hard bound and be accompanied by a Demand Draft of nationalized/ scheduled Bank of Rs. 5500/- paid in favour of GDA, payable at Ghaziabad. |

2- Sealed tenders under Two Envelopes (Envelope-A for Technical Bid with earnest money of Rs. 51.20 lacs pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, G.D.A in the form of CDR/TDR/FDR of scheduled or nationalized bank & Envelope-B for Financial Bid) shall be received on 28.07.2010 up to 3.00 pm in the tender box and Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 4.00 pm in the office of GDA. The Financial Bids of the firms who are found eligible in technical bids shall be opened as and when communicated by G.D.A. |

3- The terms and conditons as mentioned in orders issued from time to time by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh shall be applicable for Government Corporations, Departments and Undertakings. |
