In order to facilitate smooth movement of traffic from Delhi towards Meerut and vice-versa Ghaziabad Development Authority proposes Construction of Flyover on N.H.- 58 at X-ing near ALT Turn in Ghaziabad District of Uttar Pradesh . Expression of interest is hereby invited from reputed organizations / institutions / consultants having experience of similar projects for preparation of detailed project report. Scope of work includes all issues related with the construction of road that may include feasibility study, preparation of concept design, architectural/landscaping aspects, location of utilities, signage for traffic diversion, widening/ strengthening of link routes as per latest norms of IRC/MOSRT&H and other international standards, traffic & services management through a appropriate system, including safety aspects etc. with public interest as given in T.O.R. |

| The Rate should be quoted in percentage on project cost. Terms of Reference in this regard my be obtained from the Executive Engineer - 2 of Ghaziabad Development Authority from 03.06.2010 to 14.06.2010 during working days between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm on payment of Rs. 1000/- only in cash. The same can also be downloaded from website: www.gdaghaziabad.com but such downloaded TOR if being used for bidding must be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Nationalized Bank of amount Rs. 1000/- paid in favor of GDA, payable at Ghaziabad. |

Sealed offers under Two Envelopes (Envelope-A for Technical Bid with earnest money of Rs. 25,000/- pledged in favor of Executive Engineer, G.D.A in the form of CDR/TDR/FDR of scheduled or nationalized bank & Envelope-B for Financial Bid) shall be received on 16.06.2010 up to 3.00 pm in the tender box and Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the office of the undersigned. The Financial Bids of the firm who are found eligible shall be opened as and when communicated by G.D.A. |
